CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation requests must be raised twenty (20) days before the event date. All cancellation Tickets/Passes must be confirmed by the organizer with valid proof/confirmation of booking.
CANCELLATION PROCESS
To cancel a Ticket/Pass, please email customer service at support@eventsfare.com with your ticket/pass reference ID to obtain a Refund Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
REFUNDS
After receiving your cancellation request, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the request for cancellation of your Ticket/Pass to process. Refunds may take 5-7 days/1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank/credit card statement, depending on your bank/credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For bulk cancellations of tickets (for affiliated/third-party organizers), the organizer needs to inform the customers 15 days before the date of the event.
